Smore SVG
Make this cute smore for your camping or backyard scrapbook page, or even make a card to invite some friends over for a little smore party.  Gather round the fire pit or the campfire!  Your download includes the smore WITH the caption and the smore without the caption to make it easy to use both ways.  If your smore measures less than four inches wide, you will need to draw the eyes and mouth with a marker.  To use the caption, your smore needs to be at least four inches wide.  Happy crafting!

Step card Steps found over Paper Compulsions Blog

Step Cards

There are several different kinds of step-cards. Here are measurements for a few.

1st

You start with a piece of paper that is 12 inches long and 5 1/2 inches wide. Make a 5 1/2 score line (from top to bottom) at 2, 4, 8, & 10 inches from the left side of the card. Between the 2 inch and 10 inch score lines, make an 8 inch cut line 1 1/2 inches from the top of the card. Repeat this cut line 1 1/2 inches from the bottom of the card.
Refer to pictures to see how to fold.

You are welcome to the cut files, but NOTE:
The finished card is 12 inches long. You will need to resize the image so it will fit on the page. These are just the cut lines. You will need to score the card by hand.

Here are the measurements for a side step card. (Sometimes called a shutter card)

I usually cut and score my cards by hand but here are the cut files and score line guides.

Found this Rain Boots over at Love to Scrapbook

This file is going to be fun to work with.  You don't have to use the blackout part of it.  You can use just the boots and flowers.  Then you won't have that puddle looking design in the background.  Have fun!

Found this cute little dog over at BGlad Papercraft Blog

Dog Days

The Old Farmer's Almanac lists the traditional timing of the Dog Days (the hottest, most sultry days of summer) as the 40 days beginning July 3 and ending August 11.
Yep, I guess we are in 'em! So might as well make the most of them!
Through the years I've paper pieced (by hand) several different doggie designs. So I thought I would convert some to cutting files in order to share them with you and be able easily re-use them myself.
Perfect place to start would be with the dachshound aka the HOTdog - of course!!

Summer Vacation with Plane - SVG

I finally had some time to work on a new SVG here is on for all you travelers out there.

Found this cute Flamingo over at Michelle's Blog

Nothing Says Summer Like a Flamingo!!

I needed a simple, layered flamingo file. Counldn't find anything I liked so I made one using a coloring page. You can download the svg here. Just import it into your program and ungroup the image for the different layers. Hope you can use this one!!

EDIT 7/14:
I cut this out of vinyl last night.  I did not use the brown legs at a size less than 3" high.  It looks great with just the pink, yellow and black!!  I will post a picture of my completed project later this evening.

Beach Title

Found this cute Beach Title for summer pictures.
Here is a beach title.  I used the same umbrella from here: beach umbrellaClick here to download the sand and the words.  See the link above to download the umbrella
